The purpose of this course is to explain what Up-Front Fees, Funding Fees and Loan Guarantee Fees are, why we need to understand them and how to complete the Loan Contingency Forms correctly.
This course will also explain the difference between a Pre-Qualification, a pre-Approval and a Conditional Underwriting Approval for your Borrower(s).
