This course is designed to give you the mortgage knowledge needed to excel in real estate. Understanding the differences between the large assortment of loans available in today’s competitive landscape will help you separate yourself from other realtors. In this course you will learn everything from what make is a mortgage to the types of loan options and why one would be better than another. Why a loan would need mortgage insurance and ways to avoid it. The importance of good credit score and what that means. This class will definitely be worth you time!
Getting a home loan doesn't have to be intimidating to your buyer...Especially when you understand the basics of the different types of mortgage loans available to home buyers. By completing this course you will have a better understanding and knowledge of the basic options of home financing, the features and costs of a home loan. In depth, you will understand the following loan process involved with each of the following loan options: USDA, FHA, VA, VA-Jumbo and Conventional.

George Beylouny
George Beylouny is a Senior Branch Manager and Construction Specialist for Silverton Mortgage, a residential mortgage company located in Woodstock, GA. He has been in the mortgage and real estate business for more than 18 years. He still originates all types of mortgages as well as runs a branch of 10 mortgage professionals. His clients include first time home buyers, veterans, move up buyers and investors. One of his favorite types of loans is the construction/rehab loan. This allows buyers to really personalize their house the way they want it. Prior to working in the mortgage business, George was in the US Navy for six years working on electronic equipment including RADAR and communication systems. When he got out, he landed a job in the electronics industry selling crystal oscillators. George earned his MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2003 and while at school started working the mortgage industry.
George is happily married to his wife Gemma for more than 30 years. They have two daughters and two granddaughters. When not spending time at work or with his family, he loves playing golf, tennis, riding bikes and doing anything outside. He says he is extremely grateful to be in the mortgage industry as he loves helping people with their home financing options.
