Ramona Lynn House was born and raised in Newton County (Class of 85' - Go Rams!), taught middle school and high school, and served as a professional development instructor for the train-the-trainer program in the Newton County School System for 11 years. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Math and Social Science in Education from Mercer University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Capella University. Yoga became a passion early on for Ramona after being diagnosed with an illness that would keep her out of traditional athletics for a while. Ramona has taught a variety of methodologies - from chair to yin - in the yoga traditions - serving as instructor for Covington YMCA, Emory (formerly North Decatur Hospital), the Rockdale Recreation Center (while serving as Wellness Coordinator), and local Massage Therapy suites.
