As real estate professionals, we need to know what they want and what makes them tick. This class uncovers the facts and myths of this diverse group of homebuyers and prepares real estate professionals to grow their business in the new millennium.
This course shows you how Millennials, also known as the Generation Y, are starting to shape the way real estate business is done. Learn how they are using technology to transform the home buying process.

Adam Cooper
Adam Cooper holds a BS in Agriculture from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, and a Doctor of Psychology in Grief Counseling from Breyer State University.
Adam has worked in all aspects of Public Safety and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Adam comes from the Funeral and Cemetery Business and specializes in Probate Properties. He previously taught Computer Science to Middle and High Schoolers for 6 years.
Adam holds designations and teaches Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP®). He also teaches Putting REALTOR® Safety First, and our Real Estate Technology Specialist Course.
Adam is also a Professional Real Estate Photographer and holds a current FAA Certificate as a commercial drone pilot.
