As a licensed Real Estate Broker in GA FL SC TN & AL, Shane is the founder and broker of The American Realty and has provided broker guidance to over 1500 agents since 1999. Shane is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in GA FL AL & SC and was previously a licensed real estate appraiser in GA. Shane is the founder of American Real Estate University, a proprietary CRD school in GA FL & SC training over 100,000 agents nationally since its inception in 1999.
