Kelly joined the Academy SE3 team in July, 2024, and brings with her industry experience that we feel enhances our partnerships with both Builders and Brokerages. She has worked with many on our team for years but “on the other side”. She knows the builder side from in-house builder representation as well as onsite builder sales through her brokerage relationships. Then also the general brokerage side of lender partnerships through her 10 years or more as Managing Broker/Branch Manager for Nationally and globally recognized real estate powerhouses. She has been licensed as a real estate professional since October, 1994; in Georgia since 2000 and gained her GA Broker’s license in May of 2014. She has held Broker and Sales Manager titles with in-house Builders and has managed the tight workings of builder margins in tough up and down markets from 2003-2016. Kelly has also overseen the successful franchise operations of a multi-branch Brokerage; giving her first-hand knowledge of the critical needs of our Real Estate Brokerage partners. She has been active in our industry within Georgia Association of Realtor Committees as well as with the Atlanta Realtor Association and the Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association. She is a Georgia native and 1993 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Housing.
